I join Jay Leno in listing dressed-up dogs as one of my pet peeves, so please, only for Halloween, guys.
It's one of those moments where my initial response is: 'ooOOooh! It's adorable!'... and then I think about it for a moment, and realise I could never put any self-respecting dog through that humiliation.
